Refund Policy

Wedge Guys Returns - United States

Items purchased on WedgeGuys.com  will be accepted for return. If the return is within the United States, Wedge Guys will supply a shipping label. For returns coming from outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for shipping charges. There will be a $3 restocking fee deducted from your refund.

Wedge Guys Returns - Outside the United States

For returns coming from outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for shipping charges. Contact support@wedgeguys.com for returns coming from outside the United States.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, return it for a full credit or exchange. We give you 30 days from the shipping date. All returns must be new  or  unused. All returned grips are subject to a full quality inspection. If the returned grips are new and unused, you will receive a refund in the form of the original payment. Shipping fees are not subject to refund.

Please have the following information ready:

  • Email address linked to your order

  • Valid order number from WedgeGuys.com

  • Reason for return

You can locate your Wedge Guys order number in:

  • Shipment confirmation email

  • Original shipping label or packing list

Upon completion, a return label will be generated and emailed to you. Please note the tracking number so you have it for reference to track your return.

Wedge Guys will process your return within ten (10) business days of receiving the shipment. Pending completion of the above-described inspection(s), Wedge Guys will refund the price of the product returned.

Exchanges

To exchange an order, email support@wedgeguys.com. Within the email, include the following:

  • Order Number

  • What you are exchanging

  • What you would like to exchange for

If the item you are receiving in exchange has a higher value than the item being returned, an invoice will be issued to cover the outstanding balance.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us  or email Wedge Guys at  support@wedgeguys.com. We will verify your order status and will make every effort to cancel the order. If your order has already shipped, it will not be cancellable. For non-cancellable orders, we ask that you follow the instructions above to return the items.

Items Damaged or Lost in Shipment

If your order was lost or damaged in shipment, we will refund or replace your order at no additional charge. Please contact us  or email  support@wedgeguys.com  for assistance.

Returns from Third Party Retailers

Only items purchased directly from WedgeGuys.com with a valid order number may be returned. If you purchased a Wedge Guys product through another retailer, please contact the place of purchase for its return policy.
