Wedge Guys Giveaway — Official Terms & Conditions
1. Sponsor
The Wedge Guys Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Wedge Guys LLC, Volo, Illinois ("Sponsor"). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TPC Sawgrass, the PGA of America, or any affiliated entities.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway entry period begins at 12:00 AM Central Time on March 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on March 8, 2026 ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Participants may submit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period.
Multiple submissions by the same individual will result in disqualification.
Any attempt to submit multiple entries using different identities or methods may result in disqualification at Sponsor's sole discretion.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a trip for two (2) to TPC Sawgrass, consisting of:
- Round-trip airfare for two (2)
- One (1) night hotel accommodation
- One (1) round of golf at the Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass for two (2)
Prize Conditions
Winner can choose travel dates between July 16, 2026 and July 27, 2026.
Dates will be provided to the winner and are non-negotiable.
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
Winner and guest must be available on the selected dates.
All additional expenses not expressly stated are the responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to:
Approximate retail value (ARV) may vary depending on travel costs.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Winner will be notified via the contact information provided at entry.
Winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours or an alternate winner may be selected.
Sponsor may require identity verification and completion of an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.
7. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to:
Cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the Promotion.
Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms.
Sponsor's decisions are final in all matters related to the Promotion.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost or misdirected entries
- Technical failures
- Travel disruptions
- Acts of third parties
10. Governing Law
The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy and will be used solely for administering this Promotion unless otherwise agreed by entrant.
12. Winner List
To request the winner's name, send a written request to Wedge Guys LLC within sixty (60) days of the end of the Entry Period.
13. Email Marketing
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you consent to receive marketing, promotional, and informational emails from us at the email address you provide.
